This document includes theoretical and practical parts, describes how Belarusian men are involved in parenting, unpaid housework, how gender stereotypes affect their choice, what behavior changes have happened due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition to the theoretical part, there is a practical one: it provides information on how different sectors can be involved in promoting the idea of involved fatherhood, examples of existing initiatives and practices.
