Women’s Health at Every Age

calendar_today 18 January 2013

How often should a woman consult a doctor;
what exams are important at every age starting from 15;
what abnormalities in women’s health can be identified;
what diseases can be prevented by undergoing medical exams throughout life?

A new material of the UNFPA’s Resource Centre will be helpful in answering these questions.

We asked Ms. Alla Kamlyuk, Head of the Department of Family Planning and Assisted Reproductive Technologies of the Republican Scientific and Practical Centre “Mother and Child” to draft a short instruction guide for women about what should be taken into account during the entire reproductive age and afterwards in order to stay healthy and have a full sex life. Abiding by simple rules will help every woman have a full and satisfying sex life. We’d like to remind that earlier a similar material on men’s health was published at the UNFPA Resource Centre, which you can read more.
