February 14, on St. Valentine's Day, the city of Mogilyov hosted an action "Time to Love – Time to Think," organized under the Project "Expansion of Access of Youth to Services and Information in the Sphere of Reproductive Health," which is implemented with the support of the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA).
In the central street of city (the Pervomaiskaya Street), volunteers disseminated, among young people and teenagers, booklets with information on the accountable behaviour and advertisements of the Youth Health Centre, which has been opened at the Regional Diagnostic Centre with the support of the UNFPA.
On the same day, the debates took place on the topic "Which is more attractive – wings of amorousness, or the permanence of love?" with participation of senior pupils and experts: physicians, psychologists, and married couples.
