From the fifth to the sixth of June a workshop for journalists “Giving coverage to gender (in)equality and domestic violence issues in mass media” is held. Organizers are UN Population Fund and the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus.
Alina Radu (Moldova), Editor-in-Chief of Ziarul de Garda newspaper, international awards holder in journalism, and Irina Sidorskaya, Head of Communication Technology Department of the Institute of Journalism of the Belarusian State University are invited as trainers.
The participants will receive certificates and aids on gender ethical journalism.
