Required Skills and Experience:

- Master degree in Gender Studies, International Development or related Social Sciences, with good technical knowledge of gender issues and human rights;
- Two years of professional experience in programme/ project management;
- Experience in monitoring and evaluation of gender and rights programmes;
- Proven ability to advocate for and advance a policy-oriented agenda;
- Proven track record, practical experience and knowledge in promoting gender and rights issues;
- Familiarity with UN procedures and working methods, particularly with UNFPA agenda, policies and procedures is a plus;
- Fluency in English and Russian/Belarusian is required.
